How to enter

1. To participate in the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive” and be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must:

• 1a: be a farmer/farm owner, complete (in full) and submit the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive entry form” between 8am May 6^th, 2024 and 5pm May 10^th, 2024.
• 1b: have had an on farm/virtual farm visit from a DLF Seeds Sales Agronomist, by June 14, 2024.

Definitions

Call back/virtual farm visit: Accepted a phone call and spoken to a DLF Seeds Sales Agronomist about your spring 2024 forage seed requirements.

On farm visit: Set a date for or had a DLF Seeds Sales Agronomist visit your farm to discuss your spring 2024 forage seed requirements.

2. No responsibility is accepted by DLF Seeds for ineligible, lost or fraudulent entries. Ineligible entries include, but are not limited to, entries received after 5pm May 10th, 2024 or entries that have been either partially or incorrectly completed.

3. DLF Seeds cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to dlfseeds.com.au or the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive entry form” and is not responsible for any disruption to the offer or dlfseeds.com.au or the “DLF Seeds Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive entry form” due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of reasonable control. 

5. The “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive” is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries are not permitted.

6. Eligible entrants must be an Australian farmer/farm owner and have an Australian address.

Prize Details

7. 1 x Gardeon 13PCS Outdoor Furniture Outdoor Sofa Set Wicker Lounge Setting Rattan Patio and 1 x Hark Chubby Offset Smoker, valued at $3,000AUD will be awarded to 1 entrant participating in the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive”.

8. The winning entrant will be selected at random by a DLF Seeds representative by June 30^th, 2024.

9. The winning entrant will be contacted via the email address provided in the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive entry form” between July 1^st , 2024 and July 15^th, 2024.

10. If DLF Seeds, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner within 4 weeks of the prize being drawn, then the prize is forfeited by that winner and further draw(s) will be conducted. 

11. The prize is subject to availability and may differ to the prize shown. If the exact prize is not available, a prize to a similar value and specification will be awarded instead.

12. The prize will be distributed via Australia post, an Australian Courier or, a DLF Seeds Sales Agronomsit to the delivery address provided in the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive form” between July 1^st, 2024 and August 30^th, 2024.

13. DLF Seeds cannot guarantee continuous, timely or uninterrupted service provided by Australia Post or the Australian Courier and is not responsible for any delays, technical or postage problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control. 

14. The name of the winner may be announced on the DLF Seeds Facebook page. Entrants agree to have their name presented on the Facebook page in the event of becoming the winning user. 

15. Decisions of DLF Seeds on aspects of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Entry is only open to individuals who are 18 years or over on the date of entry and who are residents in Australia. Employees and immediate families of DLF Seeds and its associated companies are ineligible to enter.

17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, DLF Seeds excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this incentive, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any prize quality or other issues, technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under DLF Seeds control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry or prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason.

Privacy

18. You understand that information is provided to DLF Seeds.

19. DLF Seeds collects and holds entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this specific prize draw incentive and will only use or disclose personal information in connection with this specific prize draw. 

Other 

20. Entrants agree that this incentive is in no way associated with, administered by, or endorsed by Beef Australia, Elders Limited or Facebook, and acknowledge a complete release of Beef Australia, Elders Limited or Facebook from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their participation in this offer.

21. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the incentive will be directed to DLF Seeds, not Beef Australia, Elders Limited or Facebook.

22. DLF Seeds reserves the right to cancel or amend any aspect of the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive”, at any time, including prizes.

23. By participating in the “DLF Seeds Farmer Beef Week 2024 callback/farm visit incentive”, applicants are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
