How to enter

1. To participate in the “Spring 2023 Mainstar forage rape 25kg bag promotion” and be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must:

• 1a: have purchased a 25kg bag of Mainstar forage rape between 9am August 21, 2023 and 5pm October 30, 2023.
• 1b: completed (in full) the “Spring 2023 Mainstar forage rape 25kg bag promotion entry form” on the home page of dlfseeds.com.au or here.
• 1c: submited completed “Spring 2023 Mainstar forage rape 25kg bag promotion entry form” on the home page of dlfseeds.com.au or here by 5pm October 30, 2023. 
• 1d: have not submitted multiple entries of the “Spring 2023 Mainstar forage rape 25kg bag promotion entry form” (each participant is entitled to 1 entry only). 

2. No responsibility is accepted by DLF Seeds for ineligible, lost or fraudulent entries. Ineligible entries include, but are not limited to, entries received after 5pm October 30, 2023 or entries that have been either partially or incorrectly completed.

3. DLF Seeds cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to dlfseeds.com.au and is not responsible for any disruption to the offer or dlfseeds.com.au due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of reasonable control. 

Prize Details

4. 3 x Akubra gift vouchers valued at $500.00 will be awarded to 3 entrants participating in the “Spring 2023 Mainstar forage rape 25kg bag promotion”. 
5. 3 x Akubra gift vouchers valued at $500.00 will be awarded to the 3 winning entrants as per clause 4 of these terms and conditions nominated Agronomists. 
6. The 3 winning entrants will be selected at random by a DLF Seeds representative on November 3, 2023.
7. Winning entrants and their nominated Agronomists will be contacted via the email address provided in the “Spring 2023 Mainstar forage rape 25kg bag promotion entry form” between November 3, 2023 and November 30, 2023 to confirm prize distribution details. 
8. $500.00 Akubra voucher will be distributed electronically via the email address provided in the “Spring 2023 Mainstar forage rape 25kg bag promotion entry form” between November 3, 2023 and November 30, 2023.
9. If DLF Seeds, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact awinner within 4 weeks of the prize being drawn, then the prize is forfeited by that winner and further draw(s) will be conducted. 
10. The prize is subject to availability and may differ to the prize shown. If the exact prize is not available, a prize to a similar value and specification will be awarded instead.
11. DLF Seeds cannot guarantee continuous, timely or uninterrupted service provided by AKUBRA HATS PTY LTD and is not responsible for any delays, technical or postage problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control. 
12. Excluding nominated Agronomists, the names of the winners may be announced on the DLF Seeds Facebook page. Entrants agree to have their name presented on the Facebook page in the event of becoming a winning user. 
13. Decisions of DLF Seeds on aspects of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Entry is only open to individuals who are 18 years or over on the date of entry and who are residents in Australia. Employees and immediate families of PGG Wrightson Seeds Limited and its associated companies are ineligible to enter or be referenced as a nominated Agronomist. 
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, DLF Seed excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any prize quality or other issues, technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under DLF Seeds control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry or prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt or sending by DLF Seeds) due to any reason.
